HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
Because your fixtures are made to your specifications by quality American craftsmen, the average production time is 4 to 6 weeks depending on the quantity and scope of your order. Modified or custom products may take longer to manufacture and we can provide estimated lead times in those instances.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Because we have built your fixtures to your specifications, we cannot accept returns. We are positive you will enjoy your choice as much as we have enjoyed building a custom light fixture made just for you!
CAN I GET SAMPLES OF YOUR FINISHES AND DIFFUSERS?
We would be happy to send you a maximum of 4 sample chips at no charge. Should you want the whole set including all of our diffusers, perforated metals and finishes, there will be a $20.00 fee plus shipping charge. Please note there may be minimal differences between the photographed finishes and actual finishes.
WHAT TYPE OF LAMPING SHALL I CHOOSE?
We offer several lamping options. We suggest you speak with your electrician for the best possible solutions for your space. The age of the building, cost, and quality of illumination all play into your selection.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE IN THE U.S.?
Yes! We are very proud to work with quality craftsmen and women here in Tucson, Arizona. Because we make all of our lighting fixtures, designing, welding, forming, assembling, etc, it allows us to offer you many design options and then build your light to order. We can modify our fixtures too! Electric components are made and purchased both in the US and abroad.
ARE YOUR LIGHTING FIXTURES UL LISTED?
All UltraLights fixtures are UL/cUL listed. UltraLights works with Underwriters Laboratories on a continuing basis to adapt design and manufacture fixtures in conformity with national electric installation codes and U. L. standard
PRODUCT CARE & CLEANING
Clean UltraLights products with a soft cloth using mild soap and water. We suggest latex gloves when handling the fixture to prevent scratches and fingerprints. Do not use scouring agents, ammonia based, vinegar based, or acidic cleaners.

WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY POLICY?
All UltraLights fixtures are warrantied against defects and workmanship for five (5) years from the invoice date and is extended to the original purchaser only. UltraLights will repair or replace the fixture at our discretion; the cost of which shall not exceed the original cost of the fixture. FOR FURTHER INFORMATION ON OUR WARRANTY PLEASE VISIT OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS page. Our warranty does not include costs for removal and reinstallation of product as well as any shipping costs. Improper installation, operation, or maintenance of the fixture voids the warranty. This warranty excludes drivers which are covered under their own manufacturer’s warranties. UltraLights makes no warranties nor accepts responsibilities related to those components.
